A written missed-call leakage report and a scoped install proposal for one location. We work from your call logs, hours, job mix, and the answering service you already pay. Credited in full toward install if you start within 14 days of the report.

Monitoring, job-type updates, after-hours coverage, and a monthly missed-call report. This is the desk remaining on duty. It is not a software license you forget about.

Pass-through usage

Voice minutes, SMS, and model tokens are billed at cost plus a documented processing fee, not as a hidden margin inside the $800. At install we set a monthly cap. If a heat wave or a storm week would breach it, you get a notice — we do not silently overage.

Compare that to an answering service sitting at $300–$1,000/month that still cannot book ServiceTitan. Afterdesk is meant to replace that line, not stack on top of it forever.
